Our School

Farington Moss St. Paul’s is an attractive Victorian school building which has undergone many changes to improve facilities both internally and externally in recent years.

The Key Stage 2 playground has had a full sized sports surface built extending from the existing yard, with new markings. In 2016 an Outdoor classroom and Trim trail was installed. Both playgrounds now have benches, planters and picnic benches for the children to enjoy.  Between the years 2013-15 the school completed extensive renovation work and the EYFS department has new toilet and changing facilities which has enhanced the provision for our children. The most recent development included a classroom extension and bi-fold doors linking Y.1 to the EYFS outdoor area.

Work has also been ongoing at the front of the school to produce a garden area with pond, vegetable patches, willow dome and wildlife areas for the children to enjoy and to enhance lessons.

In December 2022 we achieved a ‘GOOD’ grading following the Ofsted Inspection. In January 2020 we achieved the ’Excellent’ grading following the Schools Inspection of Anglican and Methodist Schools.

The leadership team has maintained the good quality of education in the school since the last inspection.
